We ship with phytosanitary certificates but if you import plants for professional resale or a plant parcel with a high value you may also need to register or apply for an import permit. You may have to declare the package yourself as you will not benefit from the simplified postal clearance where a postal agent clears for you so you pay taxes at your home. Phytosanitary certificates must accompany all plant shipments.
In addition to Phytosanitary certificates, some plants also require a CITES when classified as endangered species. If you intend to import endangered species you will need to apply for a permit to import these CITES protected plants. However CITES import permits are not always necessary : Dendrobium orchids are shipped with CITES certificate but do not need a CITES import permit.
